Our agents in civilian clothes, or in uniforms and jackets, well-trained and assessed in a regular basis, are capable of delivering an exceptional customer service!

The attention of every moment of our detectives will effectively fight against shoplifting and will significantly reduce thefts in your shops.

Our team will advise you on the best practices existing and the actions to take in case of security issues or internal thefts. We shall help you analyze your employees’ behaviors to detect the risks of internal losses, so contributing to the increase of the quality of the services offered by your store.
In case of arrest of a suspect, Titan Sécurité will engage a civil suit and take care of the case with its law firm.

CUSTOMER TRAINING
